Contract for the purchase of Puppies

       When purchasing a puppy/dog from RP’s Puppies you have 7 business days to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian and if anything is found to be majorly wrong with the puppy/dog at that visit I will refund money or exchange for a puppy/dog of equal value.  I also hold a 6-month genetic health guarantee.  This covers if by the time the puppy/dog is 6 months old there is found to be a major genetic problem with the puppy/dog we will refund money for the puppy/dog when we receive puppy/dog back in our possession, or will offer puppy/dog of equal value with the return of other puppy/dog.  There must be a written note from a licensed veterinarian stating there is a major genetic problem.  If at anytime you cannot keep the puppy/dog and cannot find a suitable home for the puppy/dog you must return puppy/dog back to RP’s Puppies for no money value.  We want to make sure all our puppy/dog’s go to good loving homes.
